Seasonal Work – Starting from 1ST March 2025 – 30TH September 2025
Location: Ravenglass, Cumbria, CA18 1RL
Pay: £13.50 Per Hour (For all hours worked including weekends)
Expected hours: 40-56 Hours Per Week

Our 18-hole course is thoughtfully designed to challenge seasoned players while remaining accessible to newcomers. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush greenery, and tranquil streams, Eskdale provides an unparalleled backdrop for a relaxing yet engaging round of golf.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Maintain and groom golf course greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers
-
Operate and maintain specialised landscaping equipment such as mowers and trimmers
-
Apply fertilisers, herbicides, and other treatments as needed

Monitor and address drainage and turf health issues
-
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Assist with general landscaping tasks, including planting and pruning

Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or turf management (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with landscaping equipment and basic maintenance

Knowledge of turfgrass species and care is a plus

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual labor

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
